Returns are accepted within 60 calendar days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition with all components, hardware, motors, and packaging materials. Installed items must be disassembled and properly repackaged. Contact Customer Support for an RMA before returning an item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns within 14 days have no restocking fee; returns from days 15–60 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Damaged or incomplete returns may receive a reduced refund or be denied.
